References? HeahHEahheahaehah. Oh wait, yes, we have some hand selected friends and family members, you will just not know that they are our friends or family. So really our answer, in a very polite and sincere fashion when we speak with you is, "ABSOLUTELY".

Permits and inspections? Isn't your saving money more valuable than your family? Sure it is!!! Why else are you on this site? WE SAVE YOU MONEY. We take advantage of your WANTS coupled with what you want to pay for them!!!! We are CHEAP.

Demolition/Access provided by others? - NO, we need no help. If you want wires in a wall, we smash the wall  with a hammer until we have room to get our stuff in and then we get it in there and then we leave, but its cheap, we promise.

New Wall/closet, doorway? Yes, Yes, YES! The other contractor quoted you what? (By the way, thanks for telling us, now we just have to give you a number that is a little lower). Oh, you meant built out of wood with sheetrock, sheesh, you should have told us that ? Too bad that no up-front specifications were given? You will need to settle for 6 mil black plastic or sign a change order.

Water to the new toilet? That garden hose we ran under your house is guaranteed until the day you find it.

Match your existing devices? heahheheahaahaa.....Oh, sorry, we were not laughing at the statement, one of the guys just made a joke.....

 COMPETITIVE BIDS, you get the cheapest stuff on earth!! DO NOT expect anything YOU do not DETAIL in your bid docs.

Do calculations and add new circuits as necessary? Oh please, who one earth does that? We add to whatever wiring is immediately available, share whatever neutrals can be found (because you have no idea what this means), and we move on.

Patching/Painting? Well, we don't like this part, but if you want, we can slam a hunk of something up for you, who needs a professional drywall person or painter, unless you are concerned about matching the existing home or making it look like we were not there. We like you to know we were there. CHEAP is the new chic.

Clean up after job? Yes, please do so.

Do whatever you want? Oh yes, we do that, honest. And we promise it will be really cheap.

Warranties? You betcha. Oh wait, why do you think we should warranty a part that we did not make? Go buy all of the materials yourself.
